Their career has combined strategic HR expertise with board-level experience, positioning them as a trusted advisor and commercial partner to senior executives.
As HR Lead for a large UK business, they led a 50-strong HR team supporting a high-calibre employee group. Their work transformed the organisation’s people strategy and improved engagement scores, inclusion, and satisfaction with leadership significantly.
