This senior HR leader is now seeking a permanent HR Director or Chief People Officer role in the Midlands or London, with a salary around £175,000, or an interim opportunity at a comparable day rate.

Their career has combined strategic HR expertise with board-level experience, positioning them as a trusted advisor and commercial partner to senior executives.

As HR Lead for a large UK business, they led a 50-strong HR team supporting a high-calibre employee group. Their work transformed the organisation’s people strategy and improved engagement scores, inclusion, and satisfaction with leadership significantly.

These results helped the business regain its place among the UK’s recognised Great Places to Work. They also redesigned the reward strategy to include Long-Term Incentive plans for key leadership roles, significantly improving retention and strengthening the organisation’s competitive edge.
