With a background that spans organisational design, insourcing and outsourcing, acquisitions, and process redesign, this candidate is now looking for their next challenge in the Midlands area and is available for roles around the £75k mark.

They have led the people workstreams on several large-scale projects, including the insourcing of hundreds of employees, implementation of new workforce structures, and a major cultural shift involving new reward frameworks, engagement plans and operating models.

They also led the people stream for the implementation of a major CRM platform, a change that required deep coordination across OD, engagement, reward and development.
