With a career spanning over two decades, this candidate has delivered measurable impact across complex, international environments, combining strategic insight with practical delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
In their most recent role, they worked closely with the leadership team to drive change, integrate newly acquired operations, and enhance commercial capability.
Their remit includes overseeing a small but effective HR team covering talent acquisition, development, and employee relations, with a clear focus on aligning people plans to business outcomes.
Earlier in their career, they held global HR leadership roles across technical and engineering-led businesses. Leading a workforce of around 3,000 across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, they introduced a global applicant tracking system that significantly reduced agency costs, improved internal capability through international recruitment and cross-training, and supported growth through a 40% increase in production capacity.
