We’re pleased to be supporting an experienced and commercially focused HR professional who is now looking for their next HR Director-level role in the London area. With a strong background in organisational change, people strategy, and leadership development, this candidate brings a confident and pragmatic approach to business transformation. Their experience spans both permanent and interim positions, and they’re well-suited to fast-paced, evolving businesses seeking to modernise or grow.
Most recently, they’ve been working as an interim HR Director, leading a broad transformation agenda in partnership with the CEO of a global business. Their focus has been on aligning HR to business performance, with a clear drive towards high-performing teams, smarter people operations, and a stronger leadership pipeline.
They have led several high-impact projects across organisational design, behavioural frameworks, performance review processes, and workforce development. Their work has helped reshape the company’s leadership culture and streamline how people, systems, and performance intersect.
Previous experience includes a role as HR Project Manager within a high-growth retail business, where they advised senior leaders on scaling people practices across a multi-site team. Their work supported business growth during a period of internal change and included advising on team structures, coaching line managers, and using workforce data to inform future planning.
Earlier, they were Head of HR for a well-known global brand, overseeing HR strategy for the UK business and leading the transition to a new operating model through a mix of growth and restructuring. Reporting to the CEO, they played a key role in shaping the leadership agenda, implementing a new HRIS, and bringing people practices in line with business goals. Their collaborative, clear-thinking approach was a key strength throughout.
They bring deep expertise across change management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational design. They hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification and an MBA, and are multilingual, a valuable asset for internationally focused organisations.
