We’re currently supporting an experienced Interim HR Consultant with excellent senior-level HR and Talent leadership experience in the knowledge-based sectors. With a strong track record of driving performance, shaping high-performing teams, and aligning people strategies to long-term business goals, they are now available for new interim opportunities.
This candidate brings deep expertise in talent management, performance, organisational design and global people partnering. They have successfully led HR functions across both regional and international teams, working closely with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. Their recent experience has focused on turning reactive HR operations into proactive, strategic partners within the business.
Most recently, they led a global HR function through a period of significant change, overseeing a team of 10+ across EMEA and North America. They developed and implemented a global people mapping framework, introduced fair and evidence-based promotion processes, and drove a high-performance culture through targeted performance management initiatives.
These efforts resulted in a significant improvement rate among those on performance plans and a shift toward clear, measurable expectations for critical roles.
They were also responsible for delivering key structural changes in partnership with senior leadership, including significant reorganisations and workforce planning aligned to business priorities. Their experience includes managing high-risk employee relations cases across multiple markets, reviewing and implementing core policies such as internal mobility and compensation frameworks, and ensuring succession planning is embedded into strategic planning.
In a previous role, they played a key part in the integration of two large businesses, supporting the global rollout of people systems and performance platforms to over 10,000 employees. Their work included developing global recognition and feedback strategies, rolling out career pathing frameworks, and leading cross-regional people experience initiatives.
They bring a pragmatic and structured approach to HR transformation, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. With a strong understanding of how to connect individual development to organisational goals, they are well-placed to support businesses looking to scale, restructure, or refine their people strategy.
