HR Business Partner – Netherlands – c60,000€
We’re currently working with a highly experienced HR Business Partner who brings a strong track record in talent management, employee engagement, and performance development. With strong HR experience and a background in complex, fast-paced environments, this candidate offers a strategic and hands-on approach to aligning people priorities with business goals.
Now based in the Netherlands and ready to resume their HR career following a planned relocation to Europe, they are open to both interim and permanent opportunities. They bring international HR knowledge and have already developed a solid understanding of the local employment landscape. Fluent in English, they have achieved intermediate Dutch language skills and are currently completing a course in Dutch employment law to deepen their integration into the Dutch workforce.
This candidate has worked across a range of industries and organisational structures, leading and supporting end-to-end HR functions. Their experience includes the design and roll-out of organisation-wide competency frameworks, the implementation of learning management systems, and leading mentoring programmes to support high-potential talent. In one recent role, they drove a 20% uplift in employee engagement and achieved 98% compliance through HR audit improvements and staff development.
They are confident in working with systems such as SAP and Workday and have been responsible for enhancing HRIS usage and driving people analytics for improved workforce decision-making. They have also developed and delivered strategic L&D solutions that align closely with business needs, including the design of internal coaching roadmaps and training initiatives to support cultural and behavioural change.
This candidate is valued as a trusted advisor and business partner, someone who can work alongside leadership teams to translate business strategy into people solutions. They’ve led change and transformation projects, supported performance and reward cycles, and introduced frameworks for an inclusive and respectful workplace culture, including policies to promote dignity at work.
With a naturally collaborative style, this candidate brings both strategic insight and a strong delivery mindset. They are particularly well suited to organisations looking for a steady and capable HR partner who can quickly build trust, understand business context, and deliver results through people.
If you’re looking to strengthen your HR team with someone who can offer both immediate impact and long-term value, we would be happy to arrange an introduction.

Our Terms of Business
We believe in transparent and competitive pricing. That’s why we offer a fixed-fee structure: £2,995 for UK assignments and €3,495 for EU-based roles. There are no ongoing fees, hidden costs, or surprises—just a straightforward introduction fee.
The Interim HR Network is a modern approach to connecting immediately available HR professionals with potential employers. By focusing solely on targeted introductions, rather than managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we can offer a highly competitive fee arrangement.
And if you decide to extend the contract or transition to a permanent hire? No problem—the fee stays the same.
