Based in the North West and happy to travel, this candidate brings over 15 years of international talent acquisition experience and a strong record of delivery across global tech, BPO, and high-growth startup environments.
They have successfully built and led large recruitment functions across EMEA, APAC and NORAM, managing high-volume multilingual hiring while improving both process and performance. Their recent roles have seen them deliver over 400 hires in less than a year, implement automation tools that cut time-to-fill by 25%, and reduce cost-per-hire through smarter sourcing and streamlined processes. This is a hands-on TA leader who understands both strategy and delivery.
A key strength lies in their ability to improve recruitment operations and drive consistency across global teams. Whether introducing structured interview frameworks, improving employer branding, or enabling inclusive hiring practices, they take a measured and commercial approach to improving results. At one scale-up, they delivered a 40% reduction in time-to-hire and a significant uplift in employer brand engagement through targeted campaigns.
