HR Transformation Consultant – London – c£800-900 per day
We’re currently supporting an experienced Interim HR Transformation and Change Consultant who is available immediately for new opportunities.
Based in London and open to hybrid roles with some travel, they’re looking for their next assignment in the £800–£900 per day range.
This is a highly skilled interim who has led global HR change and transformation programmes across multiple sectors. Their sweet spot is helping organisations navigate complex change, from HRIS re-implementations to operating model redesigns and shared service implementations.
They’re particularly strong in programme recovery. Most recently, they were brought in to stabilise a struggling global HR transformation programme, including the re-implementation of Workday and the rollout of a new HR Target Operating Model.
They quickly rebuilt stakeholder confidence, reshaped the business case, and introduced new programme governance, working closely with HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
Other recent assignments include global HRIS change and programme leadership roles covering Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle implementations. In each case, they’ve played a hands-on role in planning, delivery, stakeholder management, business readiness and benefits realisation.
