HR Business Partner – c65k – Hampshire
We’re working with an experienced HR Business Partner who’s now open to new opportunities in the Hampshire region. With excellent HR experience within high-profile brands and an MSc in Human Resource Management, they offer a strong blend of academic credibility and practical HR leadership.
Their recent experience has seen them partner with a technical workforce of around 250 employees, working closely with senior leaders to embed a new people strategy while also playing a key role in supporting the implementation of a global HR system.
They bring strong experience across core HR disciplines, including performance, reward, learning, talent, and employee relations. Over the past few years, they’ve led initiatives around succession planning, skills gap analysis, and talent pipeline development. Their approach is grounded in using data to drive decision-making, with a particular focus on aligning people strategy to broader organisational goals.
Recent projects include the rollout of new pay scales, the design of flexible working pilots for dispersed UK teams, and leading DE&I initiatives such as menopause awareness training and women’s health campaigns.
They’re confident in supporting organisational change and transformation and have been involved in several large-scale change programmes. This includes experience with TUPE, restructures, and managing complex employee relations cases.
They have also worked in environments that require careful stakeholder management, particularly when supporting both central functions and regional teams across the UK.
Their background spans sectors including professional services, engineering, and consulting, giving them a broad understanding of different workplace cultures and challenges. They’re comfortable in fast-paced, commercial environments where they can act as a trusted advisor to leaders while still being hands-on and operationally involved when needed.
Described by previous stakeholders as collaborative, pragmatic, and calm under pressure, they are now looking for their next role at around the £65,000 level.
They’re open to opportunities that offer challenge, autonomy, and the chance to help shape people strategy in a growing or evolving organisation.
