If you decide to engage a candidate through us, we charge a one-off fee of just 10% of the annualised salary. This solution is perfect if you want to add candidates to your existing recruitment process without the fee liability associated with a full lifecycle arrangement.
Moreover, this same arrangement applies even if you have a permanent role to fill. We’ve designed our service to be cost-effective and provide great value for all parties involved.
Since we’re not managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we’ve amended our fee to reflect the work we’ve done for you. This means you get access to qualified candidates without the full cost of a full lifecycle recruitment service.
