You are looking for someone who can lead talent acquisition with clarity, build strong hiring capability and work closely with senior leaders to support growth. This candidate brings twenty years of experience across executive search and in-house talent acquisition leadership.
They combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a way that strengthens hiring performance and supports organisational goals.
They have built high-performing teams, redesigned recruitment processes, reduced cost per hire and delivered consistent improvements in hiring quality across the UK, Europe, the US and APAC.
Their experience covers emerging tech, fintech, AI, Web3, digital assets and enterprise environments. This mix gives them a balanced understanding of both high-growth scale-ups and complex global operations.
Their most recent interim role shows the impact they bring. They created a complete talent acquisition strategy for a scaling global business, delivered senior and C-suite hires across specialist markets, improved recruitment marketing activity and increased overall headcount by 35 per cent in six months.
They also built an executive talent database of more than 3,500 individuals that continues to contribute to long-term hiring success.
In a previous global role, they led a talent function through a period of rapid expansion. They delivered more than 140 permanent hires in twelve months, supported 25 per cent workforce growth, reduced agency spend by 60 per cent and redesigned hiring processes to improve speed and quality.
