Based in London and open to opportunities across the capital, they offer more than 12 years of global HR experience across high growth, regulated, and complex international environments. You are looking at a leader who can shape strategy while staying close to delivery.
Their career reflects a clear strength in operating at both strategic and operational levels. They partner confidently with executive teams, translate commercial goals into people plans, and ensure day to day HR fundamentals are executed well.

In their most recent role, they led the people agenda for a PE backed, international organisation. Reporting directly into senior leadership, they acted as the primary people advisor during a period of scale and transformation.
