With significant experience in top-level HR roles across founder-led businesses, PE-backed firms, PLCs, and high-growth environments, they offer a clear and confident approach to HR leadership.
They cut through the noise and get to what matters: building high-performing, scalable teams that align with business goals.
Most recently, they have completed a CPO role during a critical transformation period, leading the integration of an acquired company, advising on M&A and divestment activity, and modernising HR operations. They delivered a cost-saving restructuring initiative worth £650K, built a new HR operating model, and implemented systems and structures that saved thousands of hours in admin and improved both compliance and employee experience across permanent and freelance teams.
Before this, they led global HR strategy at a fast-scaling tech firm, managing M&A integration across eight countries and preparing the business for investment. They designed and implemented global HR infrastructure, delivered regional compliance, improved governance, and introduced scalable people processes fit for future growth. Their work ensured continuity through ownership change and built confidence among leadership and investors alike.
Previous projects include building global HR functions from scratch, leading international TUPE transfers, harmonising cultures post-acquisition, and working closely with senior leaders to support succession planning, executive coaching, and organisational design. They have worked in businesses with footprints across Europe, the US, Africa, and Asia, and consistently deliver results in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
This candidate is particularly strong in post-merger integration, HR transformation, building C-suite capability, and shaping people strategies that deliver business outcomes. They’re as comfortable coaching a founder through their next stage of growth as they are managing complex restructures or establishing governance frameworks in readiness for investment or exit.
Based in London and available for immediate interim or fractional assignments, they are open to both short-term and longer-term projects where they can provide leadership and clarity.
