Fair and Transparent Fees at the Interim HR Network
At the Interim HR Network, we aim to provide a fair and transparent recruitment process, which is why we clearly communicate our fixed fee structure from the start.
Our goal is to make sure you always know exactly what to expect, with no surprises or hidden costs.
Our interim recruitment fee is 20% of the annual salary.
For fixed term interim assignments, this fee is applied on a pro rata basis for the length of the initial contract.
For example:

£100,000 salary

6 month contract

Recruitment fee of £10,000 (100k@20% = £20,000/2 for 6 month FTC)
Where an interim HR professional operates through their own Limited Company, we offer a Direct Pay Model.
In these cases:

You agree a daily rate directly with the contractor

We convert this into an annual salary equivalent

We apply our standard fixed term recruitment fee
You engage the contractor directly and pay them for delivery.
We invoice separately for our recruitment fee.
If the assignment is extended beyond the initial contract term, an extension fee may apply.
Total recruitment fees are capped at the level of an equivalent permanent placement fee.
For shorter or ad hoc assignments, a minimum recruitment fee may apply.
