This individual has consistently operated as a trusted partner to senior leadership teams, shaping people strategies that drive business results while supporting employee wellbeing and engagement. Whether leading post-acquisition integration, developing succession plans, or introducing new reward frameworks, they take a thoughtful and outcomes-focused approach to every challenge.

They’ve delivered impact in a wide range of areas:

• Designed and launched people plans aligned with business growth, resulting in improved attraction, retention, and development outcomes
• Introduced engagement forums and recognition initiatives, contributing to year-on-year improvements in employee engagement scores
• Created and rolled out ED&I programmes, with measurable results seen in internal feedback and survey data
