Now Available: HR Business Partner with Global and Change Management Experience
We’re currently representing a highly experienced HR Business Partner who is open to new opportunities and brings a wealth of international HR knowledge. With significant experience across the UK, EMEA, APAC and ANZ, this candidate is well-versed in working with regional leadership teams to deliver impactful people strategies on a global scale.
Their most recent role saw them supporting global office leads across multiple regions, with a particular focus on talent management, DEI, and performance frameworks. They’ve led the creation of regional policy and handbook updates to align with local legislation, supported new market entry in APAC, and partnered with global leadership to deliver a DEI programme that saw employee engagement rise by over 15%.
This candidate has a strong track record in change management. They’ve played a key role in M&A transitions and worked within private equity environments to support organisational redesign, succession planning, and strategic workforce development. They’re used to navigating complex matrix organisations and working with functional leads across HR, Legal, Compliance and Finance to ensure people plans are aligned to wider business goals.
They’ve also led large-scale talent programmes, including the successful design and delivery of a two-year global graduate scheme supporting over 300 candidates. Their experience includes building recruitment strategies from scratch, designing competency-based interview frameworks, and partnering with hiring managers to improve quality of hire across multiple regions.
From performance management redesigns to employee relations across APAC, EMEA and the UK, they bring breadth and depth to the HRBP function. Technically, they’re confident working with tools like Workday, Meta 4, Sage and Taleo, and they have additional experience in psychometric assessments including SHL and Talent Q.
They’re now looking for a forward-thinking business where they can contribute to strategic HR at a senior level. Open to both permanent and interim opportunities, they’re particularly interested in people-focused organisations that value inclusion, international outlook, and positive culture change.

Our Terms of Business
We believe in transparent and competitive pricing. That’s why we offer a fixed-fee structure: £2,995 for UK assignments and €3,495 for EU-based roles. There are no ongoing fees, hidden costs, or surprises—just a straightforward introduction fee.
The Interim HR Network is a modern approach to connecting immediately available HR professionals with potential employers. By focusing solely on targeted introductions, rather than managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we can offer a highly competitive fee arrangement.
And if you decide to extend the contract or transition to a permanent hire? No problem—the fee stays the same.
