They are a strong fit for organisations looking to strengthen operational delivery, lead transformation projects, or bring in trusted interim leadership.
In their most recent role, they held overall responsibility for HR systems and operations within a large, fast-paced organisation. They led the successful delivery of monthly payroll and pension processes, managed all third-party HR systems contracts, and played a key role in TUPE and acquisition-related transitions. Their ability to manage complexity—balancing day-to-day delivery with project work—has made them a go-to leader for internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
