Head of HR | Essex / London | c£90-100k base salary (+/- depending on package/opportunity)
We’re pleased to be working with a highly experienced and values-led HR leader with progressive HR experience across fast-paced, high-growth environments. This candidate offers a strong track record of delivering strategic people initiatives that support business growth, shape culture, and improve employee engagement.
Most recently, they held a Head of HR role for a global business operating across 20+ countries. Leading a team across the full HR remit, they focused on improving employee experience, introducing new performance and development frameworks, and partnering with the C-suite to drive change. They successfully transitioned the function to a business partnering model and delivered measurable improvements in engagement, performance, and culture. Their work included a complete overhaul of systems and processes, embedding tools such as Culture Amp, and leading organisation design programmes aligned to a new operating model.
This candidate is particularly skilled in leading on DEI, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning. Their earlier roles include senior HR business partnering positions where they’ve delivered organisational change, improved reward and benefits structures, and introduced career frameworks that increased retention and clarity. They’ve worked across UK and international markets and are confident managing both strategic and operational HR challenges.
Professionally qualified to Level 7 and currently undertaking ICF Level 2 coaching accreditation, they bring a well-rounded and forward-thinking approach to HR. Fluent in Spanish, and with experience in standalone and leadership roles, they are comfortable working in diverse and global environments.
They are now exploring both permanent and interim opportunities, ideally in values-driven organisations where they can continue to shape people strategies, develop leaders, and support growth. They are open to roles across Essex, London and South East.
