We’re currently representing a highly experienced Global HR Operations Specialist who is in the process of relocating back to their home country after working with high-profile organisations in London, Dublin, and Barcelona. With nearly 20 years of international HR operations experience across EMEA, AMER, LATAM, and APAC, they offer deep expertise in delivering scalable, compliant people operations across complex business environments.
This candidate has held senior roles in high-growth, globally distributed companies. They’ve led the development of global HR operations strategies, overseen major change programmes, and built HR infrastructure that aligns with commercial objectives. Their work includes setting up new regional hubs, leading global payroll transitions, negotiating vendor contracts, and designing global policies to support workforce growth and compliance.
They are particularly strong in employment compliance and governance. Their experience spans redundancy programmes, entity reviews, policy audits, and HR due diligence across multiple jurisdictions. They bring a detailed understanding of employment regulations, and how to apply them practically without losing sight of the employee experience.
Known for their cross-functional collaboration, they’ve worked closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, and senior leadership teams to deliver operational change. Whether it’s streamlining processes, leading vendor relationships, or managing people systems, they are both strategic and hands-on. They’re also experienced in tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other key HRIS platforms.
Having worked across four continents, they offer a well-developed sense of cultural and regional nuance. They’ve successfully built and led teams across multiple time zones, improved performance through targeted upskilling, and introduced scalable solutions that have delivered measurable efficiency gains.
They’ve recently launched a fractional consulting business to support their transition, but are equally open to securing a permanent position—onsite, remote, or hybrid—within a values-led, people-focused company.
