We’re pleased to be working with a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner who brings over 20 years of HR expertise across international and SME environments. With a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, they are now exploring new opportunities in London, Surrey, and across the South. They are open to both permanent and interim roles around the £90k level.
This CIPD Level 7 qualified professional also holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Their background spans global engineering, telecoms, prof services, and not-for-profit sectors. They bring deep experience in partnering with senior leaders, influencing complex change, and developing talent strategies that deliver measurable results.
In recent roles, they’ve worked closely with executive teams to support growth and transformation across global markets.. They led strategic workforce planning initiatives, launched global training programmes, and doubled team size year-on-year in a highly competitive talent market.
This candidate has strong experience in organisational design, M&A, TUPE, and scaling operations in new geographies. They have successfully supported divestments, acquisitions, and business integrations, ensuring a seamless employee experience and maintaining engagement throughout periods of significant change.
They are also a trusted coach and adviser to senior leaders. Their recent coaching work has helped MDs and directors embed new structures and drive business performance post-acquisition. Their interpersonal credibility and calm, commercially focused approach make them a valued sounding board to executive teams.
Alongside this, they’ve taken the lead on employee engagement programmes, talent development pipelines, and leadership capability building. In one role, they rolled out ILM Level 5 Leadership training across multiple cohorts, achieving 100% pass rates and zero dropouts. They also led a global employee engagement survey project, supporting board-level reporting and action planning.
