They are a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a PRINCE2 Practitioner, combining strong technical HR knowledge with structured project leadership. Their work focuses on end to end change delivery.
This includes restructures, redundancy programmes, TUPE, integration, outsourcing, relocation and turnaround activity. Each programme is carefully planned and managed, from governance and consultation strategy through to implementation and closure.

Recent interim assignments include leading statutory pension change consultations across multiple UK sites, preparing people plans for confidential operational change, and delivering large scale redundancy programmes within demanding environments.
In one national programme affecting around 250 roles, they led the people workstream from design through to completion. The project was delivered on time and within budget, with no employee relations issues or appeals.
They also have strong experience supporting organisations during periods of significant financial and political pressure. This includes preparing for large scale workforce reduction, working closely with trade unions, building consultation frameworks and supporting leaders through complex and high volume people decisions. They are comfortable working at pace while maintaining control and quality.
