We are currently supporting a high calibre Head of People who brings a rare mix of commercial awareness, emotional intelligence, and depth of HR leadership experience.
With over ten years operating in senior people roles, they are now exploring Head of People opportunities in and around London. They are open to permanent or longer-term interim roles, with a salary expectation in the region of £90,000.
At their core, this individual is a people-led HR leader who understands business pressure. They are known for being calm, approachable, and credible in challenging situations.

Currently operating at group leadership level, this candidate holds responsibility for employee relations across multiple regions. They manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through performance and reward, to exit and organisational change.
Their experience includes redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers, complex conduct and capability cases, and senior stakeholder coaching. Risk is well managed, decisions are balanced, and processes are clearly communicated.
A key strength is their ability to turn people strategy into practical delivery. They have led the redesign of appraisal and probation frameworks, introduced structured salary progression models, and supported annual performance and reward cycles aligned to wider business objectives.
Their work is informed by data, using attrition and exit insights to identify trends and improve retention, engagement, and manager capability.
