Global Mobility / HR Project Manager – Based near Bristol
Open to onsite or hybrid roles within a reasonable commute, or remote opportunities further afield
Salary expectation: £50,000–£55,000
This week, we’re sharing a Global Mobility and HR Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience across corporate and scale-up environments. Purpose-driven and people-focused, they have built their career around improving how organisations support their people through relocation, learning, and change.
They developed and led an award-winning expat partner assistance programme that helped relocated employees and their families settle more easily and feel part of their new communities. The initiative grew from 50 to more than 600 members and achieved a satisfaction score of 9.3 out of 10 for its focus on wellbeing, integration, and learning.
They combine practical, data-driven project delivery with a genuine understanding of people and culture. Their work connects business needs with meaningful employee support. By managing vendors carefully and collecting regular feedback, they have created programmes that deliver measurable results and real impact.
As a Senior Global Mobility Programme Manager, they designed and ran up to 25 integration sessions each month, all highly rated by participants. Their efforts supported talent retention and strengthened engagement, helping the business gain a clear return on investment in relocation.
They also provided one-to-one coaching at executive level, helping leaders adapt to new environments and cultures. Their Co-Active coaching training allows them to bring structure and empathy to these conversations, supporting both performance and wellbeing.
Earlier in their career, they worked in client relations, community management, and operations across retail and wellbeing sectors. This experience has given them a strong understanding of how HR projects link with broader business goals and brand values.
They are now looking for a Global Mobility or HR Project Manager role where they can apply their experience in wellbeing, learning, and sustainability. They are open to on-site or hybrid positions within reach of Bristol, or remote roles further afield.
If your organisation is looking for someone with strong project management skills, global mobility experience, and a genuine commitment to improving employee experience, this professional would be a great fit.
