We’re currently working with a capable and motivated HR Advisor-level candidate who has recently relocated to the Cambridge area and is seeking their next opportunity. With a strong academic background and broad HR experience gained in both consulting and startup environments, they bring a rare mix of strategic thinking and operational delivery.
This candidate is available immediately and open to both interim and permanent roles in the region of £40,000.
With a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources, complemented by a second major in Corporate Communications, they offer a well-rounded understanding of people strategy and effective stakeholder engagement. Their experience includes work across employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and career development.
In a recent role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, they led on recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking. Within seven months, they expanded the talent pool significantly, hiring over 180 local candidates and increasing the international talent base by 400%. They also designed individual growth plans to support employee development and retention.
