We are currently supporting this experienced HR professional who is now seeking their next opportunity at the Head of HR level in the London area. Open to both permanent and long-term interim positions, they are flexible on full-time or part-time arrangements and looking in the £100k +/- range.
With a strong background in senior HR roles, this candidate brings a proven track record of leading people strategy and operational HR across the UK, EU, and US. Their experience spans both professional services and media, supporting fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environments through periods of change and growth.
This candidate offers hands-on experience managing change across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. They’ve successfully led large-scale HR transformation projects, including global policy alignment, performance management design, and the implementation of scalable HR systems and inclusive frameworks. Their recent work improved fairness ratings by over 25 per cent and strengthened the consistency of people processes across several international offices.
They’ve been responsible for advising senior leadership teams on strategic workforce planning, organisational structure, and high-risk employee relations cases across multiple countries. They also managed a smooth office merger and TUPE transfer, ensuring continuity of operations with no disruption.
