They have successfully built and led HR functions across multiple geographies, aligning people strategy with business performance in a way that is both commercial and people-centred.
Their most recent role involved designing and embedding a Global People Business Partnership model, leading a team of People Partners across multiple business units and all corners of the globe. The work drove operational excellence, enhanced workforce planning, and improved employee experience, contributing to a 20% rise in engagement and a 15% reduction in employee turnover.
They were instrumental in aligning HR delivery to core business goals, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the people agenda supported broader transformation initiatives.
Prior to this, they led on people and change strategy for a fast-growing international business, delivering a targeted talent plan to support both divestiture and acquisition activity.
