Our Fixed Fee Model: Transparent, Fair, and Clear
At The Interim HR Network, we aim to provide a fair and transparent recruitment process, which is why we clearly communicate our fixed fee structure from the start. Our goal is to make sure you always know exactly what to expect, with no surprises or hidden costs.
How Our Fees Are Calculated
We base our fee on 15% of the annualised salary (or equivalent) for any interim HR placement.
- Pro Rata Calculation: For contracts less than a year, we adjust our fee to reflect the length of the contract.
- Extension Fees: If the contract is extended beyond the initial term (up to 12 months), an additional fee will apply.
If you’re hiring on a daily rate, we calculate the fee based on the annualised equivalent salary. This calculation can sometimes be complex, but we always ensure fairness. We’ll be happy to break down how we’ve arrived at the fee, so you’re clear on the process.
For fractional or part-time engagements, we calculate our fee based on the full-time equivalent salary. For example, if a role has a full-time salary of £/€ 100,000 but is for 2 days a week, we would calculate the fee based on a £/€ 40,000 full-time equivalent salary.
Fee Breakdown Example
Here’s how the fee would look for different contract lengths and salaries in both £ and €:
Annual Salary Example:
£/€ 80,000 salary for 9 months = £/€ 9,000 fee (15% of the annual salary, pro-rated for 9 months).
Contract Salary Example:
£/€ 55,000 salary for 6 months = £/€ 4,125 fee (15% of the annual salary, pro-rated for 6 months).
Short-Term Contract Example:
£/€ 60,000 salary for 3 months = £/€ 2,250 fee (15% of the annual salary, pro-rated for 3 months).
Daily Rate Example:
£/€ 500 per day for 6 months = £/€ 7,500 fee (calculated based on an annual equivalent salary).
Fractional / Part-Time Example:
£/€ 100,000 full-time salary for 2 days per week (equivalent to £/€ 40,000 full-time equivalent salary) = £/€ 6,000 fee (15% of the full-time equivalent salary for part-time engagement).
