HR Advisor – Manchester (Hybrid/Remote) – £38,000
We’re pleased to be supporting a confident and capable HR Advisor who is now actively exploring their next role—whether interim or permanent. Based in Manchester and open to both hybrid and fully remote options, this candidate brings over four years’ generalist HR experience and is ready to hit the ground running.
A CIPD Level 7 Associate with a Master’s degree in International HRM from the University of Manchester, they’ve built their career delivering first-class HR support across global and UK-based organisations. Their background includes HR operations, employee relations, absence management, HRIS optimisation and stakeholder support at all levels.
In their most recent role, they’ve been responsible for streamlining processes including probation and performance review cycles, launching an employee engagement platform, and managing the full range of employee benefits. They’ve successfully supported and led redundancy processes with care and professionalism, while continuing to provide timely and effective HR advisory support.
The candidate also offers solid international experience. They’ve managed payroll across multiple countries with 100% accuracy, realigned company benefits systems to ensure compliance, and handled employee documentation across varied jurisdictions, including the US and EMEA regions. Their attention to detail and understanding of compliance—GDPR, SOX and healthcare-related platforms—adds real value in international environments.
They’re confident using HRIS systems, including Workday, PHR and myHR, and are experienced in leading system rollouts and training initiatives to ensure full adoption across teams. Previous roles have also seen them support major headcount growth and scale HR processes to support rapidly expanding businesses.
This candidate is organised, collaborative and customer-focused. They take a proactive approach to improving processes, building trust with managers, and ensuring that HR services are consistent, clear, and aligned with business needs.
They are now looking for a new opportunity where they can bring energy and structure to an HR team, either as an interim solution or in a long-term position.

Our Terms of Business
We believe in transparent and competitive pricing. That’s why we offer a fixed-fee structure: £2,995 for UK assignments and €3,495 for EU-based roles. There are no ongoing fees, hidden costs, or surprises—just a straightforward introduction fee.
The Interim HR Networkis a modern approach to connecting immediately available HR professionals with potential employers. By focusing solely on targeted introductions, rather than managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we can offer a highly competitive fee arrangement.
And if you decide to extend the contract or transition to a permanent hire? No problem—the fee stays the same.
