We created the Interim HR Network to support HR professionals who are actively looking for their next role, particularly those who have unexpectedly found themselves back in the market.

Our business has evolved over time. Today, we mostly work on exclusive and retained roles. This allows us to provide a more focused and dedicated service to our clients. But there’s a trade-off—it gives us fewer opportunities to regularly connect with candidates.

We wanted to change that.

The Interim HR Network is our way of staying connected with the HR community. It gives us a platform to promote immediately available candidates to our network. It also helps people step back into work quickly through interim opportunities—though many of our candidates are equally open to permanent roles.
