We’re currently speaking with an experienced HR Manager who is open to both interim and permanent opportunities. They are looking for their next role in the £60,000 to £65,000 range and are available to start at short notice.
With over 15 years of generalist HR experience, they bring a strong mix of strategic and operational HR skills. They’ve worked across a variety of sectors, supporting both global organisations and growing UK-based businesses. Their most recent role covered the UK and Europe, giving them solid international experience and a strong understanding of working in cross-border HR environments.
They are CIPD qualified and have a track record of delivering across the full employee lifecycle. Their strengths lie in supporting managers with complex people challenges, improving HR processes, and contributing to wider business planning. This includes organisational design, workforce planning, and coaching senior leaders through periods of change and growth.
They’ve also led work in areas like engagement, wellbeing, and improving line manager capability—always focused on building practical, people-focused solutions that work in fast-moving organisations. Whether it’s restructuring teams, managing ER cases, or embedding new ways of working, they bring a calm, confident approach and a real ability to get things done.
They’re now looking for a new challenge—either interim or permanent—and are open to a range of sectors. They’re available for hybrid working and can travel if needed, depending on the role.
